Farmland in King County ticks upward

“Livestock is sort of the central feature of our agriculture landscape,” Richard Martin, Agriculture, Forestry and Incentive Unit Manager said during a King County Agriculture Commission meeting.
Eighty percent of farmland in King County is dedicated to livestock either being used as pastureland or growing feed for animals. “This is still a livestock county.”
