Pierce County hosts agritourism listening sessions

Pierce County staff are hosting two virtual listening sessions to provide comments about proposed changes to agritourism regulations.

Pierce County Planning and Public Works have worked over the past year with residents, partners, agricultural producers and advocates to make changes to the agritourism code. 

Listening sessions will provide an overview of the proposed changes and then time for people to make comments where participants have three minutes to speak. 

The first session takes place at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 15 and the second session is at 2 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 17.
