WSDA surveys agriculture viability

The Washington State Department of Agriculture is working with farmers, ranchers and farm workers, tribes and others in our agricultural communities to complete Phase II of its Agricultural Viability Report, which continues from the WSDA’s Phase I report: Washington Agriculture at a Crossroads: A Baseline Assessments of Agricultural Viability.

Phase II will provide insights into the challenges facing Washington agriculture and highlight opportunities to invest in Washington agriculture.

Information gathered will help WSDA to better understand challenges facing agriculture in Washington, find improvement opportunities and develop recommendations to inform legislators and industry leaders.
