It’s Fair time throughout Western Washington
Try and take a day off as the summer winds to a close. A summer tradition is back as county fairs are popping up in coming weeks throughout Western Washington.
Taking place in every county in Western Washington, county fairs are chock-full of family entertainment – fair rides, concerts, car races, parades, and delicious junk food.
It’s also a celebration of rural life throughout the Puget Sound with rodeos, youth livestock auctions, animal exhibitions from 4H and Future Farmers of America are on display.
Fairs on Whidbey Island, King County and Silvana have already happened, however fairs in Stanwood-Camano Island and Thurston County take place this weekend with fairs throughout the Puget Sound region scheduled throughout August.
